TAP, a subsidiary of TRANSMESA, is in the process of modernizing and expanding the production capacity of its plant in Sant Ramon (Lleida). The investment project has consisted of the expansion of the factory with two new plants and the acquisition and start-up of modern production systems that include the latest technological innovations in the sector and which involve an expansion of resources to offer new and better products and services.

TAP’s initiative has been recognized by the General Directorate of Industry of the Generalitat of Catalonia within its aid program for productive investment projects that improve competitiveness, the impact on the degree of environmental sustainability and digitization in industrial companies in Catalonia. This recognition places us among the companies with the most European projection, showing resilience in difficult times such as those we have had to live through since the COVID crisis and the rise in the price of raw materials as a result of the Ukrainian War.

Currently, the planned investment process is being finalized and production is gradually starting with the new production lines, having achieved resounding success in the quality and excellence of the new manufactured products.
